Refund & Return Policy

1. In short

• Digital titles cannot be “returned” the way a physical book can — but if the product is faulty or you were charged in error, you get your money back.
• Refund requests are accepted for 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

2. Why there are no physical returns

Every item in our catalog is a digital journal, magazine or e-book delivered as an instant download. Nothing is shipped, so there is no parcel to return and no return shipping to arrange. This policy replaces a conventional returns process.

3. When we will refund you

We issue a full refund in each of these cases:

• The file will not download or will not open. If we cannot fix the delivery, you get a full refund.
• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable.
• You received the wrong title. We will supply the correct one or refund you — your choice.
• You were charged more than once for the same order, or charged for an order you did not place. Duplicate charges are refunded in full, and this is not limited to the 7-day window.
• The title was materially misdescribed on its product page.
• Your payment was taken but the order never completed.

4. When we will not refund you

Being straight with you about this up front is fairer than a surprise later:

• You simply changed your mind after successfully downloading and opening the title. A digital file cannot be given back.
• You did not enjoy the content, or disagreed with the author. Every product page carries a description, category, page count and reader rating so you can judge before buying.
• You bought the same title twice by choice (as opposed to being charged twice for one order).
• Your device or software cannot open a standard file format, where the file itself is not faulty. Contact us anyway — we will try to help before declining.
• The request arrives more than 7 days after purchase, other than for duplicate or unauthorised charges.

5. How to request a refund

1. Email care@rajsportsbook.com from the address you used to place the order, or call +91 92635 66907 during Monday to Saturday, 10:00 – 19:00 IST.
2. Include your order number, the title affected, and a one-line description of the problem. A screenshot helps if something failed to open.
3. We acknowledge within 48 hours and tell you whether the refund is approved, or what else we need.
4. Once approved, the refund is sent to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a further few days to show it.

7. Cancelling an order

Because delivery is instant, an order can only be cancelled in the short period between payment and successful delivery. If your payment succeeded but the download never became available, treat it as a failed order under section 3 and contact us — that is always refundable.

8. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method only. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card, account or person, as that would defeat the fraud protections that exist for your benefit. If the original method has been closed, contact your bank — they will usually route it to the replacement account.

We do not charge any processing fee for issuing a refund.

9. Pricing and promotions

Prices are shown on each product page and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If a title’s price drops after you buy it, the earlier purchase is not retrospectively refunded to the new price.

10. If you are unhappy with the outcome

If we decline your request and you disagree, reply to the same email thread and ask for it to be escalated. Our Grievance Officer will review it personally and respond within 30 days. Escalation details are on the Contact page.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law. Where the law gives you a stronger right than this policy does, the law prevails.
